Chris Keating joined Winsight in August 2015, as Chief Brand Office of a group with 4 print and digital brands serving the restaurant and convenience retailing industry. He came from Penton, where he VP-Market Leader of the Food & Restaurant Group.Before that, he spent 19 years in technology media, 17 at UBM. He served in a variety of management roles in the database, computer security and telecom markets. He launched two database magazines, a call center trade show, and a computer security conference in Singapore.In 2003, he was selected by min magazine as Editor’s Choice for the Most Intriguing Person in B2B. He’s still not sure what that means. And in 2008 he was a contestant on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, where he was stymied by a food question.Chris graduated from Fairfield University, and lives in Rockland County, N.Y.
